On Monday 5 August 2024 a special horse race ran at Carlisle Racecourse, the Caroline Howsley Appreciation Handicap Stakes.
It was due to take place last year but the track was waterlogged but, the new CDA Carlisle Hub team still got together for dinner at the Last Zebra.
VL Aesthetics carried over the 2023 race to sponsor this year’s Ladies Night.
Caroline was invited last year for the work she has done in the county to raise the profile and work that CDA does.
As Caroline explains “this honour is a reflection of the hard work and energy that the whole CDA team puts in everyday within the community.”
